3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using trading-related tools lawfully in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your own broker relationship, account credentials, capital allocation, server environment, network access, device security, and compliance obligations.
• You agree not to misuse the website, reverse engineer proprietary elements except as permitted by law, disrupt infrastructure, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The website, reports, simulator outputs, past trade data, and any service communication are provided without any guarantee of profitability, returns, uptime, uninterrupted access, or suitability for your financial objectives. Historical or simulated results are not promises of future performance.

5. Subscription Activation and Communication

Subscription activation is generally processed after payment verification and onboarding confirmation, often over WhatsApp. Delays may occur if payment proof, technical details, whitelisting data, or server access information is incomplete or incorrect.

6. Payment Terms

All prices, offers, durations, and plan details displayed on the website are subject to change before payment. Payment confirmation may require manual verification. If the payment amount, proof, payer identity, or intended plan is unclear, service activation may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

We may modify website content, plan inclusions, onboarding workflow, pricing presentation, support channels, and technical implementation at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that we do not intentionally remove already-committed paid access without a valid business or legal reason.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled through the courts having jurisdiction over the business location identified by the operator.
