GJ3Algo subscriptions are digital products and service-based activations. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by us, all payments are non-refundable.
1. General Rule
All subscription fees, activation charges, onboarding charges, custom setup charges, and related payments are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
2. Why the Product Is Non-Refundable
- The product is digital and service-based in nature.
- Activation, onboarding, coordination, setup time, and technical allocation may begin immediately after payment verification.
- Commercial planning, support allocation, and implementation effort are reserved once a payment is accepted.
3. No Refund for Change of Mind
No refund will be given merely because you changed your mind, no longer wish to continue, found another provider, decide not to trade, delay your server setup, or fail to complete your own onboarding steps.
4. No Refund for Market Outcomes
Trading losses, lower-than-expected performance, dissatisfaction with market conditions, strategy outcomes, or unrealized expectations do not qualify for a refund.
5. Possible Exception Scenarios
Any exception, if made, will be entirely at our discretion unless a refund is strictly required by applicable law. Examples may include an accidental duplicate payment verified by us, or a payment accepted by clear mistake before any activation or onboarding effort began.
6. Chargeback and Dispute Handling
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after activation or while using the service, we may suspend or terminate access and preserve evidence relating to payment, onboarding messages, and service delivery. We reserve all contractual and legal rights in relation to disputed payments.
