These Terms & Conditions govern pricing, subscription validity, payment verification, activation flow, customer obligations, and operational conditions specific to GJ3Algo’s paid plans.
1. Plans and Validity
GJ3Algo currently offers the plans displayed on the website, including duration-based subscriptions and promotional validity extensions where specifically published. Promotional offers apply only to the plan and period clearly stated at the time of payment.
2. Included Services
Plan features displayed on the website are intended as the principal commercial summary. Activation may still require user cooperation, including server readiness, whitelisted IP setup, broker-side readiness, API configuration, and timely response during onboarding.
3. User-Provided Infrastructure
Where the website states that the dedicated server is created by the user or paid for using the user’s own payment method, the customer remains solely responsible for that server, including provisioning, credentials, billing, infrastructure charges, uptime, renewals, backups, firewall rules, and overall account ownership.
4. Payment Verification
- Payment is normally completed by scanning the displayed Google Pay / UPI QR code and manually entering the correct amount.
- The customer must send a clear payment screenshot or transaction proof on WhatsApp for verification.
- If the screenshot is missing, inconsistent, cropped, unreadable, or from an unrelated payment, activation may be declined or delayed.
5. No Free Demo
Unless specifically announced by us in writing, the service does not include a free demo, free trial, or free temporary activation.
6. WhatsApp-Based Support and Confirmation
Customers agree that onboarding instructions, activation coordination, payment confirmation, implementation questions, and support communication may be handled through WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for preserving their own proof of payment and important instructions.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not resell, copy, share, clone, publish, redistribute, or misuse the service, dashboards, scripts, screenshots, or protected workflows except where expressly allowed in writing. Unauthorized redistribution, misrepresentation, or reverse engineering may result in suspension or legal action.
8. Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the software, broker connections, signal workflows, or hosted environment is lawful and suitable for you. You must also ensure that any information you provide during onboarding is accurate and lawful to share.
9. Changes and Errors
Typographical errors, pricing presentation mistakes, or temporary website errors do not obligate us to honor clearly mistaken offers. We reserve the right to correct errors, clarify plan inclusions, and reject payments tied to obvious pricing or content mistakes before activation.
