When you subscribe, our goal is to keep the server environment under your own account instead of hosting everything on our side. This means the VM is normally created using your name, your email, and your cloud account onboarding process.
1. User Account Creation
We help create the cloud account using the user's details so the infrastructure remains user-linked from the start.
2. VM Setup
After account approval, we create the server, prepare the environment, and configure the required algo deployment setup.
3. Fallback If Needed
If the first provider does not approve or allow account creation, we move to another free-trial cloud option and repeat the setup flow.
Primary Hosting Preference
Our first choice is usually Oracle Cloud because it commonly offers a forever free VM option that can work well for long-term lightweight hosting requirements.
Fallback Cloud Providers
If Oracle account creation fails, verification is rejected, or the account cannot be opened for any reason, we may use another cloud provider that offers temporary free credits or free trial infrastructure.
These fallback providers may offer free service only for a limited time, unlike Oracle's forever free model in eligible cases. The exact provider depends on which account opens successfully for the user at that time.
What “Dedicated Server By User” Means
- The server is intended to be created under the user's own cloud account rather than a pooled company-owned shared hosting setup.
- The account signup flow uses the user's identity details, email address, and required verification steps.
- The VM is then created and configured specifically for that user's algo environment.
- If one cloud provider does not work, we try another provider that can still support the setup.
Important Notes
- Cloud provider approval is controlled by the provider, so account creation success is not guaranteed on the first platform.
- Free-tier or trial policies can change at any time depending on Oracle, Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Some providers may require card verification, identity checks, OTP, email confirmation, or other user participation during account opening.
- If a fallback provider is used, free usage duration may be limited and future billing rules may depend on that provider's policy.
User Benefit
This model keeps the environment tied more directly to the user, gives clearer infrastructure ownership visibility, and helps avoid dependence on a shared server controlled entirely by us.
